Some old favs

When I was little, I lived in Wilmington Delaware. My dad would take me to Grotto's Pizza almost every week. The pizza would be so hot, when you put a plastic fork in it, it would melt. Grotto's is my all time favorite pizza shop, and I want to go back.
My other favorite place I used to go was Charcoal Pit. I drove by there the last time I was in Delaware, and it looks so much older than I can remember. But that place will never change. I have always been a picky eater, so my regular dinner there was one roll with butter without the hamburger (they were amazing), and a chocolate milkshake. Not only was the chocolate milkshake delicious, but they had the best ice cream cake!! I wish we could have a Charcoal Pit around here =[[.

Peanut Butter Blossoms

My favorite cookies are Peanut Butter Blossoms. I have loved them since I was a kid, especially around Christmas time. I always left Santa extra because since they were my favorite, I thought they might be his favorite too.

Here is a recipe I always use.

1 c. sugar
1 c. butter
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. salt
2 (10 oz. pkg.) Hershey Kisses
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. creamy peanut butter
1/4 c. milk
3 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda

Mix all ingredients except sugar and Hershey kisses
Pour sugar into separate bowl
Shape into medium sized balls
Roll them in the sugar and place on an ungreased cookie sheet
Bake for 8-10 minutes at 375 degrees
Place Hershey kiss on top right when you take the cookies out of the oven
Cool for a few minutes

PHILLY CHEESE STEAKS!!!!

I attend a College where you eat the same food over and over again in the Cafeteria. Though it is not bad, I do get sick of the same taste after a while. Today, I went to the Breezeway Cafe where you can use your meal card for lunch. I ordered a steak sandwich, and it was delicious. Here is the easiest recipe I could find to make one at home if you ever get weird cravings like I do.
